Value Network Visualization -- Update

Seeing the Whole Picture with GenIsis

Tools for visualization and analysis of business value networks are important and popular. The leading portfolio for comprehensive, end-user analysis, visualization and mastery of business networks is Open GenIsis. They can be downloaded at the Open Value Networks site.

The GenIsis Application is an open, standards-based converter and value network analyzer. The tools are built using the de facto enterprise standards, Excel and Visio.

The GenIsis Value Network Workflow Composer allows for real-time ERP workflow configuration based on value network principles.

There is also the GenIsis Excel Plug-In importer for Visio and Excel analysis.

Of course, there exists many complicated, special-purpose and academic network analysis tools. They provide for deep analysis and visualization for science, research and scholarship. The can be valuable in some specialized settings. Most are difficult to use and have a steep learning curve. They are listed below.

Some of these specialized tools are for social network analysis, deep network analysis and general network visualization.

To facilitate their use for value networks, Open GenIsis technology also provisions for one click visualizations from GenIsis into these sophisticated, academic network analysis tools. GenIsis is the Swiss Army Knife of business network analysis.
